Thanks for reposting that newsletter and bringing it to my attention. As a recent graduate (August 2008), I definately still have the lessons I learned in mind. Paul's words are certainly important to think about. They are a very good summation of what it takes these days to succeed.

Some sage advice from Paul. Love the bit about being resourceful and curious. I'd add 'show initiative' to that list. Don't just do what you're told. Anticipate what's next and tackle it head on.
