During the 2009 SXSW Interactive Conference, Mike Rohde of Rohdesign graphically captured 70 pages of “sketchnotes” around the conference. I found this to be one of the most unique ways I have ever seen for capturing thoughts and inspiration from a conference. Conference notes generally aren’t an exciting or shareable thing by Mike changed that by turning his thoughts into artwork.

Dave, thanks for the mention on your blog and the very kind words about my sketchnotes! It's great to see others enjoying reading through these notes. I'm working on sketchnoting gigs for other events, so keep your eyes on my Flickr account or blog for those updates.
Thanks!
This is awesome! Thanks for posting. I wish I could have gone to this conference, but now I can look through these.
