		<description>I love this. It illustrates the different uses for twitter really well. 
 
What I think a lot of brands are doing wrong is not considering their audience and what they want to see from twitter. I think some just see it as another place to post press releases, which is fine if that&#039;s what your audience wants. But this is completely inappropriate for many brands and many are missing a big opportunity.
