I love this. It illustrates the different uses for twitter really well.
What I think a lot of brands are doing wrong is not considering their audience and what they want to see from twitter. I think some just see it as another place to post press releases, which is fine if that's what your audience wants. But this is completely inappropriate for many brands and many are missing a big opportunity.
